Effective October 24, Desjardins plan members have access to a new secure website. Plan members will be able to submit their claims for vision care and for services provided by healthcare professionals. Plan members will also be able to update dependent information, if allowed by their plan. They will have access to key information about their personal coverage and will be able to print a temporary payment card.
Equitable Life of Canada has Launched Single Screen Enrolment (SSE) - simplifies plan administration and prevents incomplete or missing information.
• Encon - announced enhancement to their Online Health & Dental Claims Centre - allows plan members to submit their own claims directly online.

• Shepell-fgi - offering Employee Assistance Program (EAP) support through video counselling.
